Crisis Care

Higher Ministries provides referrals to crisis response counseling for individuals, couples, and families. In most cases, Masters level counselors are able to see ministers or their families on the same day as the call. Counselors will continue to provide therapeutic care as needed in order to obtain and maintain a level of stability within the family. Referrals and continued care with local physicians for medication management is provided as needed. Higher Ministries also provides crisis sabbatical retreats for individuals or couples in need of week long care and guidance in the quiet and serenity of the East Tennessee mountains. Crisis retreats are available for marriage, personal, and professional crises.
